Worst Internet Service Provider
They have the Worst Internet Service Provider i have ever came across and they didn’t care about there customers. They never pick a call and never revert also.
Extremely satisfied
After having used some of the top names in internet, I shifted to Excitel. And this is my 5th year running and no complaints! In fact I started to follow up with them to start services in my area after hearing great things about them from my friends who were using their services. The customer service is available and very cordial. Of course they try to tell you to use their app more but they forget that using the app needs Internet and a customer may be calling to fix just that :D
There are 2 things I just love about their offering:
1. No cap on usage! The speed never drops irrespective of how much data have you used in a month! I run 4 TVs on OTT almost thru the day plus two people working from home!
2. Very affordable pricing. Effectively I pay <700 bucks a month for a 100 MPBS fiber line with no data cap! How fantastic is that!
Overall I’d give a 5+ stars for everything!
P.S: their app experience needs improvement. No complains with their Internet service
Worst service. Do not buy
Do not buy it whatso ever. It is so pathetic. The customer service doesn’t respond and they are rude which is not expectable. Top of that they just keep resolving tickets without taking concurrance from the user. Pathethic
