Freezing

When attempting to load, the game is stuck at 100% on the main screen. The game is not loading.

I got a new phone recently and even though I was about to complete the game that I didn’t even care about, it was the fact that I cannot restore my purchases even though I’m using the same exact iCloud I purchased it with. And I can’t even repurchase even if I want to because it just freezes. please fix this game if you want people to give you money on the upgrades.

Problem with game

Got to level 14, which is the state of Oklahoma and there’s problems with this level. I upgraded and bought the two HR’s. Turned the game off and came back to play again to find out it’s frozen. NEEDS TO BE FIXED!!! I can’t even see what the last booth is at the bottom. The HR on the right says I need to buy it but I already did. You also can’t upgrade the girls who work there on each side.
