Forest County Potawatomi's member self-service mobile application. Provides FCP members with information on their claims, deductibles, and accumulators, and access to their ID cards, all on the go.
What’s New
Version 1.0.27
Claim dates changes, including: Format of dates changed, time of day removed, paid date removed if empty (instead of UTC start date), sort and filter icons replaced with text, and claims sorting by date fixed.
An issue with certain types of EOBs not loading in iOS has been fixed.

Crashes
Like the only other review says, it crashes as soon as you try to open/launch the app.
App doesn’t even open
It crashes right away when I try to open it on my iPhone 11 Pro.
Login Not Working
App doesn’t allow you to log on! Have triple checked my Username and Password.
