It is honestly amazing and free so I would definitely recommend. The one thing I would say is that you need to have some skill in the kitchen as the recipes are vague. But they give you a meal plan and workout program that is customizable.

Highly recommend for Beginners

As a beginner, I can for sure say this has tremendously helped with my fitness journey. A great way to keep myself in check and answers all my queries regarding anything fitness and diet related. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!

Good, but has issues

The app over all is a good idea. How ever, nothing is found when I try to scan barcodes to add items.
