Please don’t spend money to get the worst service.

I am using GTPL since 11 months and in that period of time there was no single week in which GTPL ran smoothly without complain. Every time I complain, they say that this is the last time and will not happen in future. Also, since last month they are even not allowing me to write complain saying that there is outage. They are just looting money and not giving service. And to GTPL, if will reply this review saying “please write to customer service” I will let you know that I already did many times and got nothing better.

FROUD GTPL

i baught gtpl connection today . first of all gtpl said me you will get new all with new connection . after installtion i got old router and adpter . i complain on customer care but they refuse to give me new. Froud Gtpl please maintion you will not provide new router with new connection for new user. for check my details my user id - vb1_dwk . very disaapointed with new connection.

Worst App

The application keeps throwing something went wrong popup. Have to login twice every time.

And the service of GTPL worst. After purchasing 100MBPS plan haven’t got more than 60MBPS.

Any one seeking high speed internet connection be cautious.
