24 hour time limit
I don’t use the app much but sometimes 24 hours is not enough time to scan your receipt if you are busy and have other things on your mind besides doing something else with your phone. I just lost over $22 worth of points because I forgot to scan because my phone was in the car not in the restaurant with me. This is really a decision by the company that runs the app not a problem with the app itself. Just felt like I had to gripe a bit but maybe if enough people complain they will at least give you three days.
Can’t redeem points
I get offers and have enough points to redeem for food. It says it’s sending me a verification email but I never received it! I checked spam/junk box and nothing. I lost out on a shake. No biggie...have a $1 off my check, same issue! Can’t redeem since I never got the confirmation email. I’m ready to just delete app and quit using it. Not worth the headache
Never Adds Points
This app used to work just fine.
Now any time you scan your receipt it says something along the lines of "Thanks for scanning. We'll add your points when we receive your purchase."
This would be fine, except for the fact that the points are never added in the future.
Really frustrating. How has the company running the app not noticed this and why is nothing being done to fix it?
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
