Just what I needed
A previous reviewer said all the app offers is a picture. Actually, it offers a list of exercises by area of injury. You can select the ones you want or were prescribed by your PT to make a running, easily changeable list of those exercises. The photo reminds you of the exercise and if you need more detail about how to do it, you can tap the photo and it flips over to give a detailed written explanation.
This is exactly what I was looking for. After two or three times doing an exercise, I just need a quick reminder of how to do it. This replaces the stack of papers from the PT.
For those who need or prefer videos, there are plenty of those apps elsewhere. This one is perfect for my needs.
