Annoying

Every time I try to access the patient portal I have to call tech support. Once you are self enrolled and receive the email invitation it should be seamless. I am not sure if it is due to updates but I do not find it user friendly. I don’t want to watch videos about the patient portal, I want it to function seamlessly. When you are I’ll and need access to your diagnostic test results and records this becomes an added stressor on you. Please find better software, applications and make it easy.

Basically pointless

I see a lot of different doctors so I have used multiple different patient portal apps and this one is basically a glorified google page. Useful features like contacting your doctor or refill prescription aren’t there (unless you’re willing to go to one of the 2 inspira pharmacies and driving 30min for my pills regularly is a no go). If your going to develop a crappy app save your time and your patients’ sanity and use an existing one that’s actually helpful.

Worthless

Coming from the perspective of a nurse and a patient. This app’s execution is poor. Cerner is a cheap product and this app is cheaper. Not user friendly in the least bit. From what I can tell, you can not seamlessly share info with other institutions that use Epic. If anyone is reading this at Inspira switch to MyChart with Epic for your patient’s sake.
