Very easy; in fact, too easy!
Taking the liberty (pardon the pun) to encourage Liberty to lower monthly rates 10% in services across the board. It would benefit the consumers and the company would be flooded with new business. Things are hard now financially for people in the middle class and we love our Internet access and of course, the apple of our eyes, Netflix. Jump and take the risk. It’s the right moment. This could also deflect on your less than stellar performance with the wireless phone business.
Easy to pay!
The new app makes it so easy to pay your bill. It remembers you payment method so that you don’t have to enter all the information again. That’s so much faster and easier!
App does not work blank screen
Ever since the changes occurred it has been difficult to make payments on the app. Previous App version worked perfectly fine was able to make payments without any problems. It’s been several months having to make these payments by phone not that is a problem but is not convenient. Not sure about these recent reviews of working perfectly because I’ve uninstalled and installed this App several times and never works!
