O MY LUZ é a sua área pessoal online da rede Hospital da Luz onde pode realizar videoconsultas sem sair de casa e aceder a um conjunto de funcionalidades e informações sobre a sua saúde e a dos seus familiares.
Pode ainda pesquisar e ver informação sobre os nossos médicos e os nossos hospitais e clínicas.

O MY LUZ está disponível para maiores de 16 anos e a adesão é gratuita. Após criar a sua conta na app, passa a ter acesso a um conjunto de funcionalidades e informações pessoais sobre a sua atividade nos hospitais e clínicas que utiliza da rede Hospital da Luz: Águeda, Amadora, Amarante, Arrábida, Aveiro, Caniço, Cantanhede, Cerveira, Coimbra, Covilhã, Évora, Figueira da Foz, Funchal, Guimarães, Lisboa, Luísa Todi, Odivelas, Oeiras, Oiã, Pombal, Porto, Póvoa de Varzim, Santa Maria da Feira, Setúbal, Solum, Torres de Lisboa e Vila Real.
Com o MY LUZ pode:
• Responder ao questionário do Avaliador de Saúde e receber um relatório com as suas respostas e soluções personalizadas de melhoria de qualidade de vida e bem-estar;
• Marcar consultas, exames e videoconsultas;
• Receber alertas das próximas marcações e de resultados de exames disponíveis;
• Realizar uma videoconsulta através do seu Smartphone ou Computador;
• Registar e importar as suas medições e dados de saúde do Google Fit e Apple Health e partilhá-las com o seu médico;
• Fazer a gestão da agenda do seu Agregado Familiar, podendo associar os seus filhos menores de 16 anos ou qualquer outro elemento da sua família;
• Partilhar a sua conta com outra pessoa, que passará também a gerir a sua saúde;
• Visualizar, guardar e partilhar com um médico os resultados de análises clínicas e de outros exames;
• Visualizar as imagens dos exames (disponível nas unidades de Amadora, Amarante, Arrábida, Cerveira, Coimbra (Hospital), Covilhã, Évora, Funchal, Lisboa, Odivelas, Oeiras, Porto, Póvoa do Varzim, Santa Maria da Feira, Setúbal, Torres de Lisboa e Vila Real).
• Visualizar e guardar as prescrições de medicamentos e procurar farmácias perto de si;
• Fazer o upload e guardar documentos de saúde que depois podem ser vistos pelo seu médico durante a consulta.
• Visualizar e guardar as prescrições de consultas e exames passadas pelo seu médico (disponível nas unidades de Amadora, Cantanhede, Coimbra, Figueira da Foz, Lisboa, Odivelas, Oeiras, Pombal, Solum e Torres de Lisboa).
• Consultar as suas faturas e efetuar pagamentos online através de Cartão de Crédito, MB WAY, PayPal e Referência Multibanco;
• Aceder ao histórico detalhado dos seus atos médicos na rede Hospital da Luz;
• Ter acesso à declaração de presença, podendo enviar ou imprimir para entregar na sua empresa;
• Pesquisar todos os médicos e especialidades na rede Hospital da Luz.
• Ler e partilhar os nossos artigos do Guia de Saúde. A informação é o melhor ponto de partida para uma vida mais saudável reforçando os bons hábitos!

Good app for making appointments but is not a good source for reviewing visits and lab results.

Very Unreliable
It’s not uncommon for the app to freeze and lock you out, without the ability to sign in. You need to delete and reinstall and even then (like right now), I’m in an endless loop of not being able to sign in and face recognition is not even being allowed suddenly. The app is a good idea but given that it’s Portugal, appointment times are frequently months away and the app could use a little more robustness around doctor choices and locations. Sometimes your choices are not allowed on subsequent screens, even though it appeared you were allowed the choice on the previous prompt. On the plus side, English is an option and works but running a whole family has been challenging for two parents trying to navigate the same account on two different phones. When you use the ‘chat’ feature, the response is measured in days. Don’t expect a Kaiser Permanente or similar North American experience here. It’s close though.

Not Well Designed
This app is easy to use, but it is very limited in application.
I find my self entering the same information regularly.
It has no chat capability directly with the offices. Everything has to go through the main switchboard via telephone.
I can schedule appointments, but can’t leave any information during that process, I have to poke around and find where I can communicate with the doctor prior to any consultation, especially if It’s follow-up consultation. End up calling any way, so why use the app if I can just call and schedule.
The results of the exam do not load automatically, even though they are in the system.
A list of my medication is not available
Doctors notes, not available
I’ve used other hospital apps, this one has a long way to go before it functions consistently, efficiently, and as a replacement for current process.
