Great then disappointing
I loved this app, as I often have internet issues I’m my area it allowed me to quickly isolate the problem isn’t with my Mesh. The mesh system itself have proven extremely reliable.
It randomly no longer works. Don’t understand how it can be on the same network and Randomly stop working. At least the Mesh system seems to still work well, fairly expensive system if the app stops working 3-4 years into owning.
Bought a system with 5 ms3 dots in August 2021 and it was easy to setup and worked great giving me coverage over 100 feet away in my shop.
A couple months ago I started having weak coverage except in the main places in home. No outside coverage at all. I’ve contacted several times with all different suggestions but nothing I’ve tried works. I did a complete start from scratch and it kind of works, but it’s nothing close to what it was when new. The app will say connecting and then success, only to turn around and say failed to connect to the internet. Yet it shows all my cubes or dots on the app as excellent signal even though the light is red instead of green. I’m almost ready to give up and buy something else although I don’t really want to. Ughh!
I’m trying to delete this and I can’t. This was the worst app ever . I tried setting the router up and it was working until I put in the password and the router would not connect. I wanted to go back on the app but it wouldn’t let me. No matter where I went on this app , I could not go back. It kept bringing up the same screens over and over. Kept rebooting my phone to shock the app back… nope. And try to contact them for help ! You have to email them ! No phone number. If you are trying to install a router , you have no WIFI ! Not where I am anyway… no cell tower close by so I can’t use cellular ! I have WiFi in my car but they didn’t respond. Anyway I unplugged their mesh router and will go back to my old one for now.
