One important feature missing-eSIM
The app does most things customers need except one feature.
I have two numbers that are both eSIM enabled. I changed phone recently. To re-constitute those two numbers, I have to contact customer service.
If there’s a feature in this app that would allow to get new QR codes for existing numbers, it would be so welcome.
Mobifone rakes in the cash
Mobifone appears to intend to collect money without providing service through this app. I send money, I get a text message saying my account balance has changed, and then in 2 minutes to an hour I get another text message saying my account balance has gone to zero. It happens again and again, even though I have hardly used the phone.
You’d think this app would show me what’s going on. You’d think it would show me a record of data used, or fees charged. But it shows me nothing. Just that I paid 600,000 VND today, and my current balance is 0 VND.
