The My Mobile Money Access app can be used by cardholders of participating banks and credit unions. Ask your bank or credit union if they offer access to the My Mobile Money app!
It’s easy to manage your debit card and protect yourself from fraud with My Mobile Money Access. When your financial institution offers the My Mobile Money Access app, you can register your debit card, and then manage and monitor it wherever you go! Our industry-leading technology enables YOU to control your card access without having to place a call to your financial institution’s customer support. You can set up security measures right from your phone to help you avoid the hassles of account fraud.
Your financial institution will determine which features are available for your specific account. Monitor and control your debit card with the following features:
• Turn your card on and off – Misplace your card? Simply turn it off until you find it!
• Receive alerts when suspicious transactions are detected and take action to protect your account from fraud.
• Protect your account from transactions you wouldn’t normally make. You can receive alerts for transactions based on criteria you set such as:
o Merchant type such as gas stations, department stores, restaurants, entertainment, travel, and groceries
o Transaction type including ATM, point of sale, and ecommerce
o Location of your device or a specified region
o Transaction amount over a specified threshold
• Deny transactions based on criteria you set (if your bank or credit union offers this).
• Control other cards associated with the account – If you have multiple cards, you can set controls for all associated cards.

Recent update made app much worse
Ever since version 1.14 of this app came out recently, I have to log in every single time I open the app. I have to type in my email & password each time that the app is fully closed and I open it again. I used to be able to open it, have it scan my fingerprint, and be done. That never works anymore. I’m running iOS 12.2 on an iPhone SE
Helpful and saved me from fraud!
I've had this with my bank for some time now and I can say wow! So helpful in knowing your transactions day to day of manual use or auto usage and must say that this app saved me from fraudulent charges from other locations! It let me know if I used my old card at these unknown places recently (I had the physical card but the thieves used a scanning method to snatch my cards information somehow!) and when I said no, It said to report of fraud and shut off card.
I immediately did and had the bank hotcard it and got another one weeks later. It takes some practice and getting to know the settings and more but once you get the hang of it, It sure does help you financially especially if you're on a budget! Thanks My Mobile Money!
Worked Well For A Little Bit
I downloaded and activated this app March before we launched it to our Credit Union members. It worked at first but after a while I noticed that I wasn’t receiving notifications and I attempted to log onto the app only to find that it wouldn’t allow me in even though I activated Touch ID, and when I attempted to sign in it wouldn’t allow me access.
I also tried to reset my password and even though I was told I was being sent a “token” to reset it, it was never emailed to me. I’ve also tried deleting and re-downloading the app with no success.
Today I asked our Vice President of Operations if she could reset my access, however, it doesn’t show a problem on her end. As a board member of the Credit Union this is unacceptable! If our members have issues like this with your product this will be a major problem.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
