    It used to be when you logged in you saw a menu of many options, like: how do you get after hours care, pay your bill, send a message, etc. Now that’s all gone? It was about 9 to 12 different buttons for different options. I can’t find how to do any of that now. I find those options being gone makes this app unusable and irrelevant. Whomever thought taking that away was an app improvement needs to be fired.

    If I could give no stars I would. Always an issue logging in, the biggest is trying to reach someone me message yet when waiting for a response there are no notifications and when attempting to open the message center it freezes but the worst of all is you can’t even read the response because the page is glitching and then you have to force close the app. Pointless Submit reward requests yet it’s never updated if in fact has been received and reviewed. So many other complaints but this is the most worth making

    You have to make separate accounts for each child, meaning separate emails and logins. Also, you can only make an appointment by phone, and they consider that making an appointment “through the app”. I guess that’s what you get for something thats funded by the government. There’s an app called MyChart (not gov. funded) and is wonderful. I can switch between my own and kids accounts in one second and you can request appointments and see all the dates and times available. You can’t use it as an alternative, Molina just needs to step it up.

    I have tried to find pharmacies in my area that Molina approves . It continually shows access denied!!!!! It does not show that my prescription medication deductible was satisfied . It does not offer or show mail in prescriptions . It does not show that I have prescriptions or medications purchased or authorized . The only thing I am able to get off this Molina App is my Medical ID card and that my payment has been processed. There is no link to contact anyone when having a problem with this app. Obviously it is not working and not accurate as I can not see local pharmacy’s. Why does it state Access Denied when trying to view pharmacies in my local area . When I tried to use favorites it gives me not local nearby pharmacies that I did not favor . The app is junk !!!

  • Can Log into Website but not on the app!

    What is going on?! As of a few days ago, I went to log into the app and it told me that my login/password is incorrect. I went online, reset my password and tried logging into the website yesterday and it let me login. Today, I tried to do the same with the app and it is giving me an error message saying “Wrong login/password”. This is incredibly frustrating! This app should work, I need to be able to show my card when I go to the doctor, now the app doesn’t work anymore! Hopefully, my I.D. will come soon in the mail because now the app is broken and who knows how long it will take before the I.T. Department gets around to fixing the app! 😡

  • Very self explanatory! But the system is in need of a update

    You can be able to retreat a lot of information from this app, the only system update I advice is that as parents of more than one children we should be able to add more than one person in to the app like a family plan add type of option in the app . I have two children and I can’t have the same app running twice on my phone to be able to have both of my children information because is only one per app and not every body has two emails. Please advice if you have a solution or working on one.
