Anna from Ridge street ,

It’s ok.

Though it’s ok and I use it frequently it’s far from good. It takes forever to submit a complaint if you don’t know exact address. CAN WE JUST HAVE A PIN TO DROP? Since all the fields must be filled the way program wants you to and that is not always logical. It gives out mistake and you have to resubmit everything again, aka re fill all the info again until you guess correctly what app wanted from you. For example, I take a train from Broad street station and at some point walking along Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, I see lots of garbage, broken car windshield, clogged sewers and want to report it. But I don’t know exact address, well it’s the whole stretch from 7th ave till it goes under train overpass. Try to type it in! It will start spewing random numbers at you, ask nearest intersection, but again not just the name of the street but a number, and how do I know that? After resubmitting and resubmitting you just give up! One has only 15 minutes to try be a responsible citizen.

Good concept could be better

You have to be online (wifi service) to send more than one pic in complaint mode. You can only send a single picture for a complaint, so if you want to send more documentation (different pictures) you have to send and write another complaint. You can not send offline so you have to access service, send the complaint and go back and make a new complaint. This waste time. The app should allow multiple pictures offline and allow you do send the complaint in later at home with wifi. I do not have wifi built into my iPad and my phone is not smart enough for this app. A simple change will make it better. More photos, and offline use that can be stored until access to wifi.

Does not work

Just discovered it, just downloaded it, it launched ONE time and asked me for permission to send notifications upon setup. I said yes, then it crashed. Then it crashed again when trying to reload it- over and over and over…

Don’t bother with this app. I am deleting it.
