The digital platform features physician directories, appointment scheduling, patient records, bill pay options and enables families to verify hours and locations for Nicklaus Children’s urgent care centers. Coming soon: Gozio Health’s patented indoor wayfinding with turn-by-turn navigation helps families find their way through the hospital and to physician offices as well as provide helpful information about on-site amenities such as dining options, locating restrooms, ATMs, the gift shop and more.

So far useless

The app claim the mid town location had a 9min wait time, when I get there the receptionist tell me the wait time is from 1:30 to 2:00 to wait in my car they will call me when they are ready. Tried calling another Nicklaus urgent care on bird road to see if they have a better wait time they don’t even answer the phone. Over 20 min just to speak to the operator and still waiting
