My Nourish Plan is the all-in-one platform that provides nutrition, fitness, and mindfulness support for individuals and families living with chronic illness or simply wanting to live life healthily. Create your profile, and select your health tags, allergies, and ingredient dislikes. Our platform will generate your personalized recipes and ingredients list. Our virtual Exercise platform can help increase your fitness level, and our Meditation programs may help assist with pain relief, better sleep, reducing anxiety, relaxation, and other related challenges.
My Nourish Plan Subscription Price & Terms:
Our Nourish Plan is available for free download and use. Should you decide to upgrade to My Nourish Plan, we offer two auto-renewable subscription options: one at $15 per month and another at $85 per year.
These auto-renewable subscription plans will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the subscription period ends.
Payment will be charged to your credit card via your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. There will be no increase in pricing upon renewal.
Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in the Account Settings within the iTunes account. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of the term.
If a free trial period is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited upon the user's purchase of a subscription to the publication."
