In addition, it provides the user with interactive content like the service quality maps and interactive services like creating complaints, querying mobile number portability (MNP) request, internet & network quality check, etc.

Worst App Ever

We need unlimited Internet in Egypt.
They don't support customers and they provide all the support to Internet Service Providers to control plans of internet and fprce it to be limited with very slow intetnet connectivity up to 30 mbps or max 100 mbps and also with limited amount of Gigabytes with max. 500 GB and with the least amount 140 GB with an average price of 37 $

THIS IS TOTTALLY UNFAIR.

Biggest scam in history

NTRA Controls a shady business of selling home internet to Egyptians in limited packages. Yes HOME INTERNET Its 2022 and NTRA scams people by selling them access to the internet in limited quantities no unlimited. The day will come with an internet revolution to claim our right back.

App doesn’t work

After installing the application to use it the app open and close instantly without getting the main screen and that’s bad for your business
