Doesn’t show the carryover MBs and Call units

The App is really over the top , but lack some basic features that it’s already present in the other call providers which is to show the carryover data from last month , dialing #136# every time you wanna check your internet consumption and having to make a call to check the call units you have is a long boring process.

Updated app

Egypt had a problem with their last update in that it kicked me out of the app every time I tried to see my internet package. I notified them of the problem and they issued a new update fixing the problem and making this a very useful and valuable app once again.

The latest update brought back this problem. I have a postpaid line and every time I tried to extend my data package, it kicks me out of the app. I depend on this service for my work and this is a problem. Also I ran out of data on my iPad and when I went to an Orange office (because your app doesn’t work) they told me the system was down and will be down more than 24 hours.

App is Buggy & Functions don’t Work

From the very moment I open the app, there is a risk of crashing. A blank message pop ups. Two options are given- continue or cancel. Makes sense that when I select “continue”, the app crashes. I must select ‘cancel’ and the popup message disappears. Why is this even an issue?? Do devs not open the app themselves?

There are many features and functions in the app, but none as essential as data usage. The problem is that If I want to view my data usage/remaining, the app crashes. The app is literally useless if it can’t tell me my usage info.

When I renewed my plan, I got an error message. So I tried again. Got an error message once more. Then I realized I had renewed my plan TWICE, without any confirmation other than the initial error message. Now I have double my monthly data usage, and only 1month to use it all.

Yes, I can carry over the data, which leads me to second issue— the carry over data doesn’t even display. It only shows my renewed plan.

disappointing and frustrating experience all around.
