• Self-track fluid intake, set a personal fluid intake goal and set reminders to drink.
• Keep a foods diary, making note of foods reintroduced to your diet and rate how they worked for your body.
• Keep track of ostomy products used, product supplier contact info and pouch changes.

This app keeps track of pouch changes, how much I drink and so much more. It’s so nice not to have to remember everything!!
