    I loved this app so much. It popped up as an add for me on TikTok & advertised an interesting werewolf story. Usually I’m not into werewolf stories but the storyline seemed interesting. I was right, the book was awesome & beautifully written & to my delight it was part of a series. I greedily delved into the new book, not hesitating to buy passes as needed. Halfway through the second book, just when things were getting really good & after I had spent $35 on more passes, a message popped up that I needed to update the app. As soon as I did the update, ALL of my progress in the book along with my credits I just bought, my whole account disappeared. I tried closing & reopening the app, I even deleted & re added the app to no avail. I had hoped I could restore my in-app purchase, but that option is not available. I then tried to use the contact us option, but received an error message. So, I angrily & despairingly deleted the app. I didn’t think it was fair for me to have to re-purchase my passes & then use said passes to restart the book I was halfway through reading. In all honesty I felt hoodwinked. I’m not rich & had to plan for & set aside money for my passes. To say that I am thoroughly disappointed is an understatement. Download & spend your money at your own risk. 5 stars given so that my review will be seen, would give zero if I could…

  • NO WORDS JUST DISAPPOINTMENT

    Okay I’ve been using this app since February this year didn’t have no problems even when I’ve updated and made a profile but I’m not sure if it was this recent update or something but I went back ALL OF MY PROGRESS IS GONE ALL OF IT. I reached out to support been going back and forth for like 2 days and I keep telling them the same thing even provided screenshots and screen recordings of my purchases which is well over $100 dollars I might ad. I grew very invested in a few stories. When I start reading a good book I don’t care what I have to pay to finish. I even reread them like 3 waiting for the author to update. In all my progress even with an account is useless because my money and progress is done the drain. Especially after what happened with support currently and how this matter of solutions is going I’m not using this app ever again. It’s not fair nor right all the money I invested for it to just lock me out the books at start at the beginning. It feels like a cheat and I don’t like it. So if you do this app be careful don’t spend any money I wouldn’t at least if your progress deleted you wouldn’t have any money to be mad over. Oh and the VIP or premium whatever doesn’t work I was still paying full price for that too. Watch your back.

  • Do NOT download!!!! Kills battery & poorly written English

    I only give it five stars, so that the review gets read. Do not download and install this app. I have had nothing but problems. This app uses more battery than any of my other apps, including similar book apps. In just minutes it heats up my phone to dangerous levels (no other app. I use heats up my phone.).The grammar in the story I’ve read is atrocious. English is obviously not the first language of the author, and they obviously do not use a proofreader before publishing a book. There are numerous errors such as using present tense instead of past tense, misspellings that make a sentence unreadable. And each chapter’s mistakes are worse than the previous chapter, to the point where there’s multiple errors in most paragraphs, which makes it just too annoying to readHere are just a few of the incorrect word uses: bugger/burger, dare/dear, dose/does, tear/their. Now imaging multiple mistakes like those in a 2-3 sentence paragraph. To alloying to continue, even though the story plot was interesting, it’s too annoying to try to read when you have to figure out trying to say because of their mistakes.

  • Worst experience ever

    I downloaded the app through a promotional on Instagram. When I created my account it didn’t recognize that I had already paid $6.99 for access for a week. I reached out to support and got a quick response. However, they told me that I needed to reach out to my bank because it showed that it was still pending status to see about having it be authorized to go through. My bank told me that it wasn’t going to go through for two days and it was the merchant that put that stipulation on there so because I wanted to continue reading I subscribed for $.99 … annnnd I still was not given access. I thought maybe I needed to log out and log back in for it to recognize that I signed up for the subscription. Well when I logged in I chose the option to continue with Apple ID when I tried to log back in utilizing the same option, it said that I couldn’t because it was a duplicate account so instead of logging me in using my Apple ID and attempting to create another account. when I reached out to support about me, not being able to continue reading after subscribing, I was told that it can take up to 24 hours for my coins to load. I didn’t purchase coins I purchase the ability to access the entire app. I then message them back telling them I no longer have the ability to access the app, and I have yet to receive a response. I’ve never had so much trouble being able to access something I’ve already paid for.

  • BUYER BEWARE!!!

    Like others, I rated this app 5 stars just to get my review posted. I should have read the reviews first before downloading. Stories are badly written, but I was bored and became mildly interested in a couple of them. However, each story requires a large number of coins for each chapter or an hours long wait period for the next chapter. So I decided to sign up for a 3-day free trial to see if it would be worth it. I didn’t realize at the time that after the free trial, I’ll be charged $7.99 a WEEK (!) for the subscription. This is insane! These stories are nowhere worth that. However, even with the subscription, I can’t open any of the stories without coins or waiting, so I’m not even sure what the subscription is for. The whole thing is just a scam. I have canceled my subscription and I’ve taken a screenshot of the cancellation to prove I did it 24 hours before the renewal. I’ve read other people have been charged over and over again even after cancelling, but I’m prepared to fight this if it happens. Once I’ve confirmed I’m not going to be charged, I’ll delete the app. What a waste!

  • User ID keeps changing

    My ID keeps changing but my picture is the same which is a unique photo I put in to track this but I can’t find my screen shots of my changing used ID. My books that I’ve read is still in my account which doesn’t make sense if my used is changed every so many months. I’m tired of putting money into this and my coins disappear I shouldn’t have to attach an account to Facebook to keep my account nor should I have to do a weekly subscription which makes me think that it wouldn’t work either. I had an account that had thousands of coins but disappeared. I took a break came back to see if the app improved in coins not disappearing worked for awhile and lost it around the time I was in the 5x rejected mated to the the Lycan King. Just recently I didn’t buy any coins for a long while just did collected my rewards for reading finished reading a chapter and my measly 3-400 coins disappeared user ID changed once again. Can’t prove it since I can’t find my screen shots but this is so darn annoying. My books are still here and my photo is the same quit changing my user Id if u find my account that has the 2000+ coins I may consider a subscription but how can I trust when coins I buy disappear cuz my user ID decides to change?

  • Horrible!!! Takes your money & then takes your purchased coins back!

    This has happened to me not once but twice now! The first time I had an account and spent money and they ended up resetting my account. All the coins I had purchased and all the progress I had on my books was completely reset. I liked the content since I had not seen some of the same books on other apps so I stupidly gave them a second chance. Since I previously made purchases and they ended up resetting my coins to 0, essentially taking my money but taking back what I had paid for, I decided not to spend any money this time. I had saved coins from diligently checking in every day and watching the available ads. I even tried to wait until I had unlocked a chunk of chapters by waiting the required 8 hrs before I let myself start reading the book so I could save my collected coins for when I really got into a book and just couldn’t stand to wait for the next chapter to unlock. So I had a lot of chapters already unlocked and had over a thousand coins saved and they reset my account a second time and took everything away from me. They took my time, what little spare time I do have, and money from me and then took took back what I paid for and earned by giving my time to watch those ads and now I have nothing to show for it. I’m done with this app.

  • Steals all of your coins

    Hello I am a avid reader, and have a plethora of apps that I read on that are free, including apps, like Wattpad and Goodnovel. However, my problem with this app that I don’t have with my other apps, is they like to steal my coins. You get a certain amount of coins for logging in every day after a certain amount of days or reading for a certain amount of time and I feel that it’s very unfair that they keep taking my coins. If I don’t use them that same day they’re gone by 12 PM or even 11:30 AM the next day. so a word of advice. If you collect your coins on this app, read something go and unlock it before hand with those coins even if you don’t immediately so they can’t take your coins, because, unfortunately, if you spend them first, there’s nothing for them to take. And there’s no help to get them back and all they say is make sure you’re not on auto unlock I’m not. be upset if they didn’t do this on my birthday but they did and I made sure to collect those coin so that I can use them and where I want to read. But now I cannot do that because they didn’t not only take my coins, but they didn’t even unlock the only book that was on Auto Unlock, which, if I would’ve got some extra chapters out of that box specifically I wouldn’t have been as upset, but they just took my stuff and gave me nothing.

  • Cash Grab No Real Customer Support; 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

    I truly don’t even know how I ended up on their website (maybe a Facebook ad), but somehow I did, and ended up buying a premium subscription thinking it would at least let me finish the book. WRONG. I was several chapters in before it forced me to buy more coins to finish the book. It was at that point that I realized it was a scam and decided to cancel the subscription. In doing so I realized they charged me 2x one for the premium subscription I chose AND for a VIP subscription I never chose, nor was ever offered. By this time I’m knee deep in the book and decide to buy coins to finish. But my bank declined the transaction because it seemed fishy (red flag #2). I ultimately approve the purchase with my bank, but they don’t release the chapters. I go back and forth with AI chat (they’re customer service IS NOT real ppl) and they “assure” me they didn’t receive the funds despite my banking account showing that it was processed and that the previous double purchase was because I turned on 1-click purchase (I didn’t) and that I selected the second subscription offer (why would I if I already had one). I then downloaded the app, to see if it’s a better / easier to navigate and as others reported, none of the info transfers from website to app. I would give this a negative rating if I could.

  • Don’t download they are a scam

    I downloaded the app because of a Facebook story and wanted to continue the book. I got into the book and when I downloaded the app they offered me a week free of reading before I had to pay for a subscription so I signed up. Within a few chapters it popped up that I had no coins to read and would have to subscribe. Well that is not what the first offer said. I wanted to finish so I accepted the second offer which said I would have 3 days free and then a subscription would start. It let me read a few more chapters and then said I had no coins. At this point I was invested in the story. It gave me some options to choose to finish the book. One of those options was to buy 22 chapters and I would get 5 chapters free. I was in chapter 15. There was only 40 chapters in the book which meant that buying that offer would let me finish the book. But NO when I got to the 4th to last chapter it popped up that I needed to pay again so I was shorted 6 chapters and I only needed 4 to finish. Makes me angry because it is a scam. I thought it would be when I paid for the 22 chapters and was supposed to get the 5 free so I took a picture of the offer, a picture of what chapter I was on and how many chapters there were. Don’t waste your time and money because they will just do you like they did me.
