Mobile check deposit doesn’t work half the time

Always get closed out when I try to use mobile check deposit.

Love the convenience of Remote Deposit!

First, the biometric login makes it easy to access without entering my credentials every time. I’ve used it with my iPad and iPhone... both fingerprint and facial recognition work fine.

From there, it’s one tap to get to Remote Deposit, and the app makes it easy... plus, unlike some banks that hold checks for days, My Pensacola gives me credit right away!

Boat loan

Very poor service, non returned calls and loan officers not able to answer basic questions. Very frustrating experience applying for a loan after long time membership.
