I STAND CORRECTED
I had wrote a review under the handle “BellinoGe1” on Saturday (June 15th). My comments were overly negative to a scenario I didn’t understand. A lot of my disappointment was with the lack of Apple Pay, which I have since found out will be released in early July which I am immensely looking forward to. Another point that I made was the app’s User Interface, to which I have also found out that a major update is in the works to fix the graphics and bugs. I cannot believe how tremendous this Bank’s service is to handling feedback. I am so pleased with my experience so far with Republic and their tremendous service. I’m glad to know these updates are coming. I stand corrected on all my negativity. I know I made the right choice switching! Cheers!

Favorite Bank! Can’t wait for NYC
I started banking here when I went to college in Philadelphia and can’t wait for them to expand into New York City. Since moving out of Philly and looking for a local bank I’ve been stuck paying fees I never understood ie. paying to take money out of another Bank’s ATM. I never had this issue at Republic and can’t wait to move my money back to them.

Awful Stability (would give no stars if poss.)
This bank has a multitude of locations. Every locations costs millions to build. They certainly have the resources to make this app better but choose not to. I became a customer about 4 months ago. The app has been dreadful since day 1. Crashes daily, sometimes not working at all. Today, the facial logon feature is missing from the app and in order for me to reset my password, I have to wait 4 hours until they open. If you’re not going to offer 24 support (at least open at a reasonable time) then let people reset their password from the web. Apparently, I failed to “setup” resetting my password??? Why is this something that customers should have to to do. It should be a prompt the first time you login. Just like EVERY other bank’s mobile app. In this day and age, to put forth this type of mobile banking app...Republic should be ashamed of themselves.
