It should work offline

Well, it’s a good initiative to have your own app to assist your costumers in the times of need. The only problem is that it is not working offline. Think about it. A person should go and find a free connection to use the app to activate an internet bundle?! Why simply it shouldn’t work offline that a person without extra connection also be able to use the services and helps on the app?! Other feature which I think it is missing is that the app does show any details about the sim card itself like who’s name is after the sim and when and where it was registered?! I got an already registered SIM card now I don’t know even if it is registered or not or any thief and thugs’ name is after my sim which is concerning for me.

Full of bugs, can’t read the text

I rarely leave reviews but this is something I have to do in order to share my opinion so they can fix the issues with their app.

1- It only works online which is a huge No No.
2-The new update is full of bugs.
3-The text font is almost impossible to read.

Offline usage

The app shouldn’t required to be connected 23/7 to the internet, it should work offline as well, because if a user wants to activate a bundle through this app and at the meantime doesn’t have data. So he should be allowed to do so.

It was my personal experience which I had and shared with you guys.
