No support, password reset does not work
Tried to log back in, and received a password error… which seems unlikely, since the password was saved in the iOS password app, but whatever, I’ll reset it… except the password reset tool doesn’t work, no email is sent. No help/support/contact option
S3 Mobile App for CPAP Resupply
Users of this app must be on service with a DME company that uses the S3 Resupply platform. Patients must have an active account with the DME company with an associated email, then do a 3-step authentication process at first log in (name, DOB and email must match their patient file on record with the DME)
I’ve tried over and over… and nothing
I was told to use this app by my respiratory therapist and have attempted four times now to create an account. I always get a message that someone will be in touch with me. No one ever is.
