Had issues the first time downloading the app
At the beginning I couldn’t open the app as it would launch and only show a white screen - I deleted and reinstalled twice and then it worked!

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry you had trouble logging in. Have you already tried deleting and re-downloading the app? If so, we ask that you also try logging in through the website to verify that your login is working.
