Can’t get the submit a request to work

When clicking on the Parks and Rec icon the app takes you to a Welcome to The City.....park and Rec Finder. There is an ok button on the bottom of the screen which is unable to be pressed since it’s being covered by the homegrown back, forward, refresh, and cancel part of the screen on the bottom. This is preventing users from moving forward in their search.
Also, the restaurants icon sends you to yelp. Why put restaurants...just write yelp.
