I don’t like the fact that the running total is no longer in each transaction like it was before. It is really so much better when it’s there.

Okay…WHY WOULD YOU SHUT THE OLD APP DOWN WHEN YOU HAVEN’T FIGURED OUT HOW TO GET THE NEW APP RUNNING??? I am currently out of town with zero access to see how much money I have. The idiocy of this situation is absolutely astonishing. I understand this is a podunk bank in a podunk town. But you would think that simple things like this could be avoided. I am dropping this bank ASAP.
why
ever since the update i literally cannot login to my account at all, app was supposed to be running by the 14th i thought but keeps saying my info is incorrect when its the same login ive been using for years, i just want to see how much money i have the old app worked fine i have no idea why this was necessary and im getting really annoyed with it :/ hopefully it gets worked out and i dont have to go through the trouble of calling the bank myself and sorting it out all because the app was changed
