No DND complaints feature — needs improvement
One of the issues with Vodafone India is how difficult it is to report DND (Do Not Disturb) issues. It requires calling Vodafone because you can’t find it easily on the website even if you spend several minutes looking for it. This app is no different. It focuses on billing and selling plans and offers from third parties. If the app is updated to register DND complaints easily and intuitively, it’d be a good upgrade. Otherwise it’s mostly useless.
Staff follows through regularly, but technical support stinks
I have been using My Vodafone app and it used to work well. For the last few weeks, the app does not show the data (such as how much data I have used and how much is left, how many SMS messages I used and how many are left, etc). I called customer support and they are easily reachable and took the details. They asked me to send the screenshot and I sent it. Everyday morning and evening I get a call to check whether the problem is fixed or to tell me that in 24 hrs it would be fixed. I was impressed at their follow up. Finally they fixed the problem 2 days back and I was happy. However, the fix is short-lived and again it starts showing blank data screen. I think Vodafone technology needs upgrade and technical staff needs training. Disappointing that they could not fix this simple problem properly.

Zero Stars for such crappy service.
I am not sure why corporates don’t want to add a field for negative star rankings. Anyways, as mentioned I am ranking them -10(minus 10) as the app is crappiest and unreliable. The only feature that works fine is accepting payments, so basically they only want our money.
Persistently slow, unresponsive, useless, even the voice network isn’t consistent in the area where I live, totally unimaginable, as we are and the rest of world is upgrading to 5G.
I already bought a Relinace Jio Sim today and will be using Vodafone number and Jio number simultaneously, so by the end of this month I can switch Vodafone number OFF forever.
