No customer Care services number
I was debited twice for a wash and couldn’t get through any customer care personnel on the app at all to lodge a complaint
Could be much better
There’s a bug that stops previous and pending washes from showing. It’s quite annoying. The app is also very limited if all it’s meant for it payment.
