Why do I have to enter my service number and password every time I open the app? Occasionally it will remember both, but it’s completely unpredictable.
Speaking of unpredictable, the app and website frequently do not work, so I just end up with some error. Other times I’m able to login but my usage doesn’t show, only the balance. If I force close the app and log in again it will usually show up.
Also, why can’t I refresh? I just opened the app to check my usage and it was stuck where it was from like eight hours before. I had to force close the app and log in again to get updated stats.
You are the worst company I have ever seen, all you can do is to conquer the market by your services but at least provide a good Internet, website and mobile app.
If you let a student make the application he would make it battle than this. How you clam that’s you the biggest ISP and made app like this always crashes and can’t verify login.
If you can’t make it right, simply don’t make it and wait maybe one day you learn how to develop and design.

The irony is that the previous app developed by tedata was actually working and for many years, now they are migrating users to a broken useless app. so seriously WE if you can't afford to hire quality developers then please stop in house development completly, it's not working, give it to 3rd party developers who got the talent and mind for such a work, or remove the app completly until you have a strategy, which I doubt!
