Super useless

What’s the point of a mobile app if you can’t add your mobile number to manage it?

I expected a straight forward registration like what’s your mobile number? I get a confirmation pin and voila I’m all set just like all telecoms all over the world.

Unbelievably Awful

Words can’t do the absolute atrocity that is this app justice. When I tell you it’s absolutely horrible, I’m lying. It’s worse than that. A laggy, complicated app that runs horribly even on my friend’s M1 iPad Pro (quite literally the most powerful mobile device on the market right now).

You’d expect the biggest internet service provider in Egypt (which, considering their absolute scam prices, is especially surprising) would have an even REMOTELY well rounded app, but nope. I’m fairly certain they got an ostrich to make this app, because a 14 year old with the IQ of a cockroach could do a better job than this rusty bucket of smelly, rotten fish.

Might I add, it doesn’t even work on iOS 15. It just crashes as soon as you tap the icon. What a disgrace.

Bad and Broken

Why do I have to enter my service number and password every time I open the app? Occasionally it will remember both, but it’s completely unpredictable.

Speaking of unpredictable, the app and website frequently do not work, so I just end up with some error. Other times I’m able to login but my usage doesn’t show, only the balance. If I force close the app and log in again it will usually show up.

Also, why can’t I refresh? I just opened the app to check my usage and it was stuck where it was from like eight hours before. I had to force close the app and log in again to get updated stats.
