Super useless
What’s the point of a mobile app if you can’t add your mobile number to manage it?
I expected a straight forward registration like what’s your mobile number? I get a confirmation pin and voila I’m all set just like all telecoms all over the world.
Bad and Broken
Why do I have to enter my service number and password every time I open the app? Occasionally it will remember both, but it’s completely unpredictable.
Speaking of unpredictable, the app and website frequently do not work, so I just end up with some error. Other times I’m able to login but my usage doesn’t show, only the balance. If I force close the app and log in again it will usually show up.
Also, why can’t I refresh? I just opened the app to check my usage and it was stuck where it was from like eight hours before. I had to force close the app and log in again to get updated stats.

The app is working just fine, was actually hesitated to download it because of all the negative comments, but then I’ve noticed that all the comments are pretty old, a year ago or even more!! 🤷🏼♂️
Seems that the app has seen a lot of improvements and it’s working just fine on my iPhone, it takes a while to load though! 👍🏼
