Online pairing functionality allows you to issue credentials to tenants or employees from anywhere directly from the My2N portal and the users will receive it smoothly into the app without the need to be physically present on-site. Bluetooth credential security is guaranteed by government grade AES encryption over our proprietary channel. Used in combination with an appropriate 2N® IP Intercoms or Access Units, My2N app offers a convenient, secure and reliable keyless access solution. Operation modes include: ‘Touch mode’, which lets you open the door without removing your phone from your pocket or bag, simply by touching the reader. About the Apple Watch

Our condo locks are being changed today, and this is the app to interact with them. Apparently, there is no Apple Watch interaction. I suggest that the developer look into three particular upgrades to the app concerning the Apple Watch. 1. At a minimum, the app should be able to signal the Apple Watch that someone is at the door. I don’t always carry my iPhone around the house with me so I will miss it if someone rings the bell.2. Ideally, the Apple Watch would be able to perform the functions that the app on the iPhone performs, such as communicating through the microphone and the camera, and buzzing someone in.3. It would be nice if I could tap my Apple Watch to unlock the door when I’m coming in, instead of digging into my pocket or bag for the phone.

Hello, thank you very much for the valuable feedback, we are looking into the 1st and 2nd option that you described but we have no confirmed timeline yet. For the third point we also looked into it, but as our app supports touch mode, where you can just touch the access unit and the door will automatically open when you have background scanning on the phone, opening via tap on the Apple Watch feels like a lot of extra steps. But in general we are looking into making the Apple Watch more usable with our app. Thank you for the rating!

My2N problems
App and all critical functions immediately stopped functioning with no notice only 3 months after we paid $10,000 USD for equipment and an unlimited App use fee. The error message on the My2N disabled app and site simply state License expired. There is no logical way to remedy or pay extra money to fix or get license to become updated and gain App functionality. We contacted the local My2N contractor and My2N tech support. The local contractor recording states it will take 3 days or more to try to respond. The local Contracted installer had many problems with installation. There are many other problems. Major disappointment!

The app for this intercom does not ring through to my Apple Watch when someone is at my door. I have my phone on silent all the time (like most people do) and my Apple Watch vibrates when I receive phone calls or texts or other app notifications. But this app does not interact with my Apple Watch, so I constantly miss calls from deliveries and other people at my door - which makes this intercom solution useless. This is a huge miss in the design on the app. Wish we knew this before we bought the intercom system - would have found another option.

I rely on my Apple watch for notifications and alerts when I’m away from my phone. This app is very disappointing that it completely bypasses the watch.
