The App needs to be updated
This app seriously needs to be updated. The last time it was done was over a year ago on January 3, 2019. The app is also extremely slow about letting customers sign into their account. This continues to happen even with the updates of the iOS system updates that have been getting pushed out. I don’t know what antiquated system you all are working with, but with these issues it is a very good way to lose customers.
Can’t submit my credit card info
When I choose my state it says required field in red letters as if I didn’t do it correctly. All I can do is click and choose the state. I tried choosing other states just to see if it fixed the problem but it doesn’t.
I dont know why there’s people complaining it’s just an app to pay your bill, why does it have to be special ? The features and settings are simple the app is self explanatory, sometimes the letters glitch out but overall it does what it’s supposed to “pay your bill.”
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
