Worst mobile app I have ever used

Despite how slow the app runs and how cumbersome the U.I. is, I unfortunately have no choice but to continue using this app until my 12-month contract finally comes to an end, as the website errors out anytime I attempt to log on. I’ve contacted customer service about it multiple times to no avail. These technical issues alone are enough to get me to switch providers. When choosing an electric provider, there are only 2 considerations: price and customer service. When it’s nearly impossible to access your own account to see bills, make payments, etc., and they do nothing to fix it after years, I’d say customer service is bad enough to justify switching. Options are abounding — you’ll be able to find another provider at the same or lower prices. Even if Ambit had the best prices in the world, it’s not worth putting up with this app and the lack of a functioning website.

Difficult to use. Find a different electricity provider.

Their app (like their website) is clunky and difficult to use. I tried paying my bills through their app and it’s impossible to do so. The app would not recognize that I selected a State. I’m considering changing electric companies solely because the app and website are difficult to use.

This app is non functional. Do not select Ambit as your energy provider.

Update: I tried paying my bill and am getting a message saying that I need to download the latest update. I checked and the last update was over a year ago.

This app is the worst

Not only is is difficult to get on the website, the app is slower. Ive tried many times to review my energy consumption, but the app and website timeout in loading the data. Other pages such as viewing my bill error out and tell me that the version I have is outdated, that’s interesting because looking at the App Store the version I have is the latest. Hire someone to remake your app if your going to provide it. In addition, fix your website so it shows the data.
