And no login needed from what i’ve seen.
“Service request” claptrappity
1...I just now submitted a VIEW OBSTRUCTION problem at an intersection in Bellevue. The app asks “What is obstructed?”. I had to specify “other“, and put “VIEW OBSTRUCTION” in the discription.
2...Also, the app keeps refusing to allow me to finish filling out the description form. I had to keep hitting the “back arrow“ to go back to the previous pages. But often, not even that worked. I almost had to start all over again.
The app appears to be simple to use, but it is FRUSTRATING.
