Will not open

I downloaded your app and it worked fine until I updated it. Now will it will no longer open. I have tried the following things to resolve this problem. I have turned my phone off and then back on again. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, and it still will not open. The Apple store and the T-mobile store staff could not help me delete it off the cloud without me having to reset my phone to factory standards. I do not want to do that as doing so would delete all the data off my phone, which is very inconvenient for me. I would like the have this problem resolved so I can use the app as it was intended.

This app should be taken off of the App Store immediately. It is nothing more than an extension of the website that takes 10 times as long to load as just going to the site directly. Information is not up to date; cannot find prescription medication coverage on the app even though it is listed as a service offered in the app on the description. Don’t waste your time and space on your phone with this app. Complete garbage. For as much as I pay for health insurance you would at least think that somebody would keep their patient services up to date...

App won’t open

I downloaded the app about two years ago. The app seemed to work just fine until around the time of the most recent update. Now the app won’t open at all and it just stays on the blue “opening” screen. I also recommended my sister to download the app for the first time, and she had the same issue, which I am embarrassed about considering I recommended she download it hoping it would help her keep track of her claims, deductibles, etc. I am hoping this issue can be fixed immediately so that I am able to use it as it was intended.
