Facial recognition issues

Overall the app works fine but the facial recognition needs work. Every time I try to log into my app it automatically goes to the facial recognition to which locks up the app to where you can’t do anything in it. So now the app is become useless. Can you please fix this bug issue two of the facial recognition at work or at least take it off of it so we can login with our sign in and password.

This app is so frustrating! I signed up months ago, as well as added my daughter. When I went on today, it was just showing my husband and not us. When we tried to add us, it said we already had accounts....yeah, I know! It would not allow me to access a dr at all because it kept wanting me to register....and then would reject it because I already had an account....and so the circle keeps going. I also really do not like the fact that, as far as I can tell, you can’t add your medical history so the dr can see it all on the screen. You have to put in your meds every time you try to talk to a dr. We have had other apps for other “call a dr” and they were easy to use. This one is horrible!

Reasonably useful. Not really necessary. I deleted it because I can access everything easier on my computer so I have no need for it on my phone. The Face ID feature is absolutely laughable. It asks to use it before you’ve ever logged in for the first time and then glitches out because it doesn’t know what account to log into. And you can’t turn it back on after you’ve logged in because there’s nowhere to access that setting. Overall just kinda meh. It’s alright.
