I topped up twice Nkr 100, yet it doesn’t show up in my balance. I am trying to straighten out a mess with my plane tickets while in London and keep getting “you have 60 seconds left” and I lose connection. I thought I paid for unlimited service to the places I need to communicate with and this is a major problem!
