Open from the App Store!?
Century CU has changed their app from one that worked to just another cookie-cutter, third party developer app that is less useful than what we had before. I felt like I was opening the same app from my other, primary bank; and that's because I was. This app is the same one I have for another bank with a different color scheme slapped on top. And that app is a key reason I'd like to close my checking account with that bank. Nothing updates, there are constant issues with transaction and balance updates. If it's over the weekend, you might as well not make a purchase, because you won't see it reflected in the app until at least Tuesday. I haven't gotten to use this app for Century that much yet, but every time I open it says it requires an update, but what I'm finding out is that it's not an update, the app kicks you to the app store where you have to click "open" so that you can get to the face ID screen. Missouri banks using this software got sold a bill of goods with whatever app cloner company this is. Hopefully our private information is protected.
