    I have been subscribing to Sarah Kleiner Wellness for a while now and she has such valuable insights into “back to basics” ways to improve your health. Most of her recommendations are common sense, free things that you can do to greatly improve your life. This app is an amalgamation of useful information to help you follow her recommendations, like waking up with the sunrise and maximizing red light in the morning, all thanks to this handy little app that provides you that key information!

    I’ve been implementing a lot of circadian aligned lifestyle changes since finding Sarah Kleiner and this app makes it so much easier to do. I know exactly when I need to get outside so I’m able to plan my mornings with ease and get the maximum benefit from the early sunlight. The app is visually pleasing, easy to use and includes pretty much every feature you could possibly need. I use it multiple times a day every single day.

    Sooo much in this app to help get tuned in with your circadian rhythm. Only a few days in and already I’ve gotten way more time outside, getting Vitamin D while it’s available, and I’m way more aware of natural rhythms of the day/night light. And so many videos and opportunities to learn more embedded. I love having the reminders and will be paying for the upgrade! Thank you Sarah and team- this app hits it out of the park!

It’s beautifully simple, practical, and still complex enough to be genuinely helpful and insightful, exactly where it matters, helping track all you need in a simple and organized manner through a convenient user experience and superb functionality.     This App is AWESOME! It’s gives you a quick comprehensive view of all the benefits you can soak up from the sun — and when to do it. It’s been so helpful to find all the information I need to nurture and heal my circadian rhythm in one spot. Learning to utilize light has made a huge shift in my weight, energy, quality of life and health overall. So thankful for this resource and all the information Sarah shares! ♥️

    Not just the sun is brilliant but so is this app. Love the colors, design and all the free info. Started using two weeks ago for the optimum sun times. Here’s what’s changed for me since using it: no more sugar cravings…which is a big deal, more stamina throughout the day, deeper sleep. Can’t wait to see what else transpires. Of course, this is in conjunction with Sarah’s eating protocol and other lifestyle tips. The sun is free medicine!
