Getting I’d in wallet

Something has changed since I put my ID in my wallet on my Colorado. I tried to help my wife do hers and it has failed three times. I quit. I am a photographer and I know how to get a good image. The ones we submitted were far better than the one I used, but it fails every time. One problem is that the app does not allow you to use the zoom, giving a distorted face, then the facial recognition software can’t / won’t find a match. How do you make this work? Another thing is that it cuts off the voice memo, so I have to type this by hand. I couldn’t find a zero star setting to rate this app. I think it was better two months ago, then the IT people must have “fixed” it.

Update 5.2 broke app

The 5.2 update broke the app on IPhone. When you launch the app and Face ID tries to log you in, it starts a loop where the app logs you in for a split second and then reverts to the app log in screen prompting Face ID to activate again. This happens seven or eight times and then the log in screen is displayed. Ostensibly you could then sign in manually but that is if you happen to remember your user name and password which I do not because I used the strong password feature when I originally set up my account on this app which was not saved in my phones password list due to the app blocking this feature. So until there is a fix for this issue this app has been rendered useless. Clearly the people who coded the new Colorado unemployment website were also tapped to make this app inoperable as well. Why do government entities still not understand how to make intuitive and functional net mediums? The answer is a lack of beta testing and a lowest bid gets the contract mentality. Do better, we are not in the early days of the internet anymore, these types of coding errors are a direct result of incompetent creators fostered by governmental entities who have neither the knowledge nor the technical aptitude required to make informed decisions about technological viability as it relates to important government operations.

Upgrading Permit to License

I think the MyColorado app is a good app if you need important paperwork with you and you don't want to have the hastle of carrying it around with you, however, when it came down to upgrading my permit to a license, i had the hardest time with it. I had a friend that did the exact same thing as I did and it worked for her but I don't know why it's not working for me. it's been almost two weeks that i've dealt with this issue. Contacting them however wasn't very helpful because they would continue to give me the same solutions that I had previously stated don't work. One person in particular has been a little more helpful in trying to get things sorted out but this has taken so long and it's still not working. Plus the response times to my emails/replies to them are sometimes a day or two which is really inconvenient because I want this sorted out as soon as possible.
Overall, the app is pretty good but customer support for me has been a pain.
