Unable to submit reimbursement and confusing app

App doesn’t appear to permit you to submit reimbursement claims and requires a form to be sent by email or mail. In the digital age, this is unacceptable and the app also has 3 cropped images to scroll through with no text or description. I’m not even sure why they’re there.

The app was updated 2 months ago for branding changes. I don’t see any development happening to improve this app.

Worthless

When I click on a claim, at the bottom of the screen there’s a radio button to ask a question about the claim. The problem is that when I have pressed the button and entered the question, the response I get is that the provider isn’t covered. Seemingly, the screen I see doesn’t matter, and the app mismatches my questions with providers who aren’t depicted on the screen. This happened in the January, and twice today. If I have to make a phone call anyway to get the information, why have the app. Useless and worthless I am removing it.

Not consistent with the website

This app apparently doesn't update very often. There are different numbers displayed on the app and the website for the amount of the deductible met. It is a nice idea, but it should be correct. Very frustrating.
