Kinda frustrating

I have been using this for a while now and overall, it isn't bad, but recently it "encountered an error" and loaded from a local back-up which erased several contacts and all of my diary entries. That was very disappointing. Please have the program update the local backup on close.

Good for Basics

There does not appear to be a strong focus on "account management" but rather opportunity management. Please add a way to manage multiple products and contacts.

Pretty Basic

This is only good for a VERY VERY basic sales tool. It really is not a full CRM. You can't do two major things: task and events.

Salesforce, Daylite, Zoho, Capsule have way more to offer. If you want to just type in a client and an opportunity, that is all this does.
