Communication issues, can't log in
Usually a good app to pay my bill but I can't log in to pay my bill this month. Keeps saying that there is a communication issue and won't let me even get to the log in page.
Long time customer but new user to the app. I was able to pay my bill from my iPhone in about 30 seconds! It’s linked to your online account so no need to enter all your payment info again. Very easy!
I have had this app on my phone for months because they "say" unless you sign up for auto pay, this is the only way to pay. But I have had to call in and pay over the phone because this app NEVER works. Sometimes, I won't even open. Always says "communication error" no matter what you click on, or sometimes it does it simply when you try to open it. I have only had it work successfully ONE time.
