Taking notes

It would be nice to be able to take notes like to scribble on appt or mark for lunch with the Apple pen or just with stylus or your finger
To take quick notes
Instead of having to actually creat it as an appt
U can just jot down to block an hour or two .
Also like if you need to move an appt down or up and hour or 30 mins -or to just move it to another day - it would be nice to put your finger and drag it to another day or time slot without have to delete and put it some where else - cause if u can just put your finger and drag it to where u need that appt would save time .. but love how u added the wk love that soooooo much .

Happy stylist

Sandy, thank you for the nice review! We wanted to let you know that in our latest update, you don't have to create a fake appointment to block out time. You can create a "Personal Event" instead. Also, although you can't drag and drop appointments on our app yet, you don't have to delete it to change the time. Just open the appointment and tap "Edit" to change the time date or time. Just a few features wanted

So far I like the app, but I’m missing that feature that you can see multiple upcoming appointments on each client. That would be easier to see an overview, when you click on the clients profile, if you need to make changes. My clients always book 1-2 appointments ahead.
It would also be cool if you had the option (not a demand) of syncing to a personal calendar, to keep a better track if someone is deciding to work a part of a day for example.
One other thing, notification on your phone (not via text or email) would also me awesome. And keep it optional, not a demand.

Banika, thank you for your review. You can see upcoming appointments for a client now. Just tap the "Clients" tab, then swipe left on the client row, tap "More", then "View Appointments". The other features you mentioned are either in the works or coming soon.

Doesn’t save previous notes

You would think it would save the notes from the previous haircuts on the clients info page. If you want to see it, you have to remember what day u did the cut and go all the way back to that day in the calendar to see them. Doesn’t make much since to me and problematic. Also, it would be nice to have a photo library or your client’s end results just in case you hear “do exactly what you did last time”. I am on the look out for a better program.

We appreciate your review. There are a few easy ways to see past notes. You can swipe left on an appointment row, tap "More" and then "View Client's Appointments." This will show you all of their appointments along with their notes and hair formulas. This same feature is available on the clients tab. You can also tap the history icons that are next to the "Hair Formula" and "Notes" fields when viewing an appointment.
