Great idea, but not helpful
The app is functionally just ok, very slow. The worst part about the app is that, in my experience, the likelihood of your submitted issue actually being reviewed much less resolved is close to zero. It’s just another alternative to your phone call or email to city staff falling directly into a black hole.
