Keeps showing: Ralat. Sila cuba lagi.

Downloaded on a few apple devices but can’t make online registration. Keeps showing: “Ralat. Sila cuba lagi.” at the very last step. Please fix this issue asap. Thanks.

1/10/2024-Dowloaded the app, tried to register online, it said Ralat, I tried many times, same error message, I am not able to register. Please fix the problem.
