  • Bait and switch product, this should be illegal

    Baker Reviews

Made a decent product at launch that functioned properly but has become worthless overnight. I guess the plan was to bring people in to buy your specialized hardware, then gut the backend support so it devolves into a useless pile of garbage, classic. Avoid like the plague if possible. Doesn’t work and hasn’t since they launched an update this last month that has screwed their entire user base. If you do end up using this app, my condolences, you will have to constantly uninstall and reinstall it to get the most basic of functionality. You’ll have to login to get any notifications that someone is at your door of course, so good luck developing the omniscience required to make the product even 1% useable. I supposed I should give it credit that it can function as a paperweight, it’s only saving grace. Great work Eagle Eye Network laying off employees in order to pad your upper management’s and investor’s pockets. You’re really making the world a better place 👍

  • Is MyDoorView a Legitimate Operation?

    kavita_is_poem

I’ve never seen an app or the company behind it fail this much with no accountability. Seriously thinking this is a scam operation. Beginning in December, the entire system (not even just the app!) just stopped working altogether after an app “update”. You should see the amount of missed delivery slips in our building weeks after the update with no resolution. I hope property management companies and building owners have stopped paying this company and they are investigated by the appropriate oversight agency/ies. Did all the programmers just quit overnight? Who is running things over there? I’ve just never seen a product not work this much with no real action or urgency to fix it or get it right over such a long period of time. Even before the complete failure of the system, when it was more “operational” the codes generated through the app didn’t work half of the time.

  • Garbage app that your property pays a lot of money for that doesn’t prioritize end users

    The_NicknamesAreTaken

This app lets me create new guest pins indefinitely, but I have no option to reset a permanent resident pin in the app. So you can never change your unique resident entry pin if you ever forget it. I was new to the app, entered a pin, and now I can’t get into my building. I would like to change or “recover” the pin, but the app does not allow that. Instead, I just go to a feature which allows me to create new pins for vendors. There is a setting In the app to make these vendor pins never expire btw. So your neighbor can create a pin of 0000, and any rando who punches that into the console now has access to your building. Good luck everyone.

  • Exciting new update: It no longer works at all!

    Grayson Dyed

Not only does the app constantly log me out, but the codes I send people do not work. The property manager has to let them in. The company doesn’t communicate with its users at all, so no one knows if they are even working on it. Instead, we’re a month in without a fully-functional security system. It’s not even great in other respects—it’s slow, ugly, and lacks features (e.g., restore pin, multiple phone numbers per address, etc.). Hopefully, your landlords choose a different system.

  • This app is a joke

    NowFixitplease

So the office hyped up this digital directory app that’s supposed to in able us to buzz the door open for guests. Well day #1… doesn’t work. Downloaded the app, followed all the prompts and it doesn’t work. I’m not even in the directory for the building. Neither is my wife. What a let down. Even our door Pins won’t work. Thanks Hawthorne @ Traditions…how about a real call box!!!!Guess we’ll have to keep going downstairs to let guests in…thanks

  • Crashes Immediately

    kcwhitacre

My apartment complex recently began using the service. I downloaded the app and logged in only for it to immediately crash before loading the dashboard. I deleted the app and re-downloaded it only to have the same issue. I turned my phone off and back on and still had the same issue. Not very useful at all.

  • Has Potential

    Tommy54T

I’m able to open the door for people and that’s about it. I’m not able to create pins or any of the other features the app claims to have. It’s really a shame. The app is also not very intuitive to use. It’s very basic so you would think it would be easy for the developers to fix /maintain any issues…

  • HOAs, Avoid

    darrenmunk

My HOA got sold this scam of a product and now nobody can access our building. The app looks like it was built in 5 minutes, it will log you out and then not prompt you to log back in. Guest codes don’t work so I can’t receive any packages. If you are an HOA board member or a resident of a property that is considering using this pile of garbage, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

  • What a JOKE

    Sedge97

Our HOA selected this app with NO neighborhood feedback and when a simple fix to our access gate went up repaired for 90+ days. This new system is cumbersome and depends on far too many variables to be reliable. E.g. what does a resident do if they lose their phone, are out of battery or the cellular system has a hiccup?Galactically dumb.

  • Unable to create pin

    valshaya

When I first used the app a few months ago I was able to create a gate entry pin. I tried to log into the app today and it looks like it updated and there’s no area to add/update my pin. There’s also an apartment complex in Arlington TX that’s on my account but I live in Georgia, so that’s weird.
