Improving with room for more

Hi DP team, I wrote a very critical review of this app over one year ago and gave it a one star. At that time the app was essentially broken. Happy to say things are improving.

Improvements (based on my usage)
+ I am now able to open the app repeatedly without it crashing so that's a critical step in the right direction.
+ I was able to pay my service fees and request a couple of minor work permits fairly easily. That's another very useful functionality which is now working.

Areas for improvement
- The app is still extremely slow to respond to clicks/taps and slow to load. Significant room for optimization exists.
- Many sections of the app simply don't work or do not have any processes behind them (e.g. Store room renal, parking spot functions). I assume these are work in progress / planned. Why keep them visible in the meantime?

Needs update

The app works sometimes good. But lately it needs for update and more information with regards to the changes that DP are doing. For every community there should be a specific button/ information.

App is crashing

On different occasions app is crashing and I am not able to complete my requests. Service request that I previously submitted over the phone are not showing in the app. Previously uploaded personal and property documents vanished and needed to be uploaded again. Lots of bugs in general and poor customer service overall.
