Booking feature doesn’t work app is slow

Poor layout and Payment integration
Adding more frustration. The Realconnect app never works. Unstable app with extremely poor integration with the payment gateway. There are times when the app is not able to retrieve the property details. Their technology team needs to seriously work on this and improve the customer experience!
Real Connect is poor and frustrating
The Real Connect app is primitive and does not reflect the actual JBR property I own. Instead, it gives me details of other JBR apartments that I have nothing to do with. Thus, I cannot make payment or use the app for any other than general knowledge. Called support several time but they were unhelpful. Good luck
