Create your profile and make sure your information is complete and always up-to-date. The more we know about you, the better the experience we can offer you.

GARAGE
In your garage you can manage the bikes you own and view the available documentation. Furthermore, you can configure the motorbike of your dreams and share it with your friends or send it to your Ducati dealer.

MAINTENANCE
In the maintenance section you can access the services carried out on your Ducati*, view the scheduled services, and be informed in real time about available updates so you’re always sure that your bike has the highest level of safety and functionality.
*all service coupons performed from July 2019 on motorcycles registered since 2015 are available for viewing. Scheduled services are visible on motorcycles manufactured from 2021.

DEALER
The best way to find the dealer closest to your location and how to reach it. Choose your favourite dealer, check the services offered and contact them directly if you have any queries.

App needs work !

The garage only allows to add bikes. Unless it’s been verified by ducati then they are giving you the option to remove if you don’t own it anymore.
I mistakenly saved one before I submitted the VIN and I cannot delete it.
I also have a notification that still shows unread but I don’t seem to find it anywhere.
Most importantly I really don’t see the usefulness besides being able to download the manuals.
Like I said the app needs lot of work.

Desmo club keeps defaulting to Charlotte, NC

Update: the problems I was having appear to have resolved, perhaps with an updated version? Changed from 2 stars to 4.

I can’t get my preferred club to switch to my local club and my profile never reaches above 95%. I don’t have a Facebook account so this contributes to not fulfilling my profile requirements. A bit unfair that we have to supply all information for things we either do not have or want to keep private.

Profile is never complete?

No matter how much of my data I give them - and it’s already too much - they still don’t consider my profile completed. What am I missing here? Every field has some kind of an answer, and yet i still don’t have full functionality because the app thinks my profile isn’t complete.
